Refund Policy
All sales final. Because every product is a research-grade compound shipped under a chain-of-custody we cannot guarantee post-delivery, refunds are not offered as a matter of course.
Replacement for confirmed defects
We will ship a free replacement (or, at our sole discretion, refund) for any product confirmed defective on arrival — for example, a vial that arrives broken, contaminated, or sealed incorrectly — provided you:
- Report the defect within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photo evidence of the issue (the unopened packaging, the vial, the lot number).
- Reference your order number in the email.
Lost-in-transit packages
We are not responsible for packages that the carrier's tracking shows as delivered to the address you provided. If a package shows as in-transit but appears stuck, contact us — we will assist by initiating a carrier trace, but we cannot refund packages that are confirmed delivered.
Address accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and accessible shipping address. Re-shipments to corrected addresses are billed at the standard shipping rate for the destination tier.
Cancellations before shipment
Orders that have not yet entered our outgoing-shipment queue may be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order is in fulfilment, the replacement-only policy above takes effect.
How to request a replacement
Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at hello@bhc.supply with your order number and photo evidence. We respond within two business days.
